Last week, DTX Shoulder Shot inventor Malcolm Dooley traveled to a high tower training facility at Fort Worth, Texas. Meeting with team members from Skylotec and Maple Leaf Rope, they tested their devices together on a 340’ tower used for training tower access and tower rescue operations. Later that night they hosted an open climb night with Maple Leaf and CTR (Chisolm Trail Rescue) with a mix of Firefighters, Rope Access and Arborists.
During the event, Skylotec shared their ICX and ACX ascenders, Maple Leaf introduced some of their best rigging techniques, and DTX Tooling shared our Shoulder Shot.
